Andy received his BBA and MBA from Sam Houston State University. His Doctor of Jurisprudence is from South Texas College of Law. His professional licenses include: Texas Real Estate Broker, 1970 (inactive), Certified Publice Accountant, 1973, and Attorney At Law, 1981. His community involvement includes Past President of The Exchange Club of Conroe, and Past President and life member of Heritage Museum of Conroe.
